Staying Hydrated!

Water is an important part of every day life and of course keeping healthy during pregnancy.

We highly recommended drinking 8 glasses of water a day to ensure optimum 3D photos, starting a week prior to your ultrasound session.

Water helps to clear the amniotic fluid and can really help to produce quality images.

We take bookings a week in advance to ensure pregnant mothers have enough time to drink plenty of water as this can really have a positive effect on the images produced.

We use advanced technology when performing our ultrasounds but things can get in the way that the machine is not able to penetrate through (lots of fluid, placentas and baby hands!)
